Funeral Expenses for Jacqueline

Donation protected
Hello, my name is Kari Ann and I am the daughter of Jackie. She passed away unexpectedly on October 13, 2021 in Minot, ND. We are asking for any donations that could help to cover funeral expenses as they are costly, as we all know, but our family was not prepared to handle this financial burden.

Donations received will be utilized to cover the cost of her cremation and expenses that coincide with that, her burial in a crypt with our Grandfather and expenses which also coincide with that. Every bit helps and is appreciated much more than you could ever imagine.

Her obituary reads as follows:
Jacqueline Falcone (Jensen), 67, Minot, ND, formerly of Milwaukee, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at her residence.

Jacqueline, the daughter of Roy K. Jensen and Dorothy A. Trapp (Draeger), was born June 14, 1954 in Highland Park, IL. She was raised and educated in Milwaukee, WI. Over the years, she worked and lived in Wisconsin, South Carolina, Italy, Germany, Idaho, and Louisiana before finally moving to Minot, ND.

She was known by many names: Jack, Jake, or Jackie but no matter the name, she was an amazing woman with a gypsy soul, a free hippie spirit and with a heart so full of love for everybody she came across. She was tough as nails but would do no harm to a single soul.

Jacqueline collected many things including crosses, movies and books. She loved her Green Bay Packers (GO PACK!), feeding her birds, working on crossword puzzles of all kinds, tending to her plants and listening to nothing but the best of music. Jacqueline was a bible scholar, reading it religiously, knowing it and loved engaging in conversation about it.

She is survived by her mother Dorothy A. Trapp; her loving partner Brent T. Berry; her siblings, John Jensen (Janice), Johanna Rivers (Richard) and Cheryl Meekma (Richard, “Shorty); her children Jeremy A. Zemlicka, Heather M. Zemlicka, Kari A. Kimball (Russ) and Phillip J. Meekma. Her grandchildren Monica, Tatiana, Ebony, Antonio, Destiny, Devon, Liberty, Bryce, Skylar, Kaden, Harmony, Julian, Christian and Amber. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her father Roy K. Jensen of Racine, WI.

Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, located at 7301 W Nash Street, Milwaukee, WI 53216 on Friday October 29th at 2:00 PM.

A Celebration of life service will be held at Christ United Methodist Church, located at 5200 S 48th Street, Greenfield, WI 53220 at 3:00PM with a supper to follow.
