Hi everyone,

Last night, Olive and I were lying in bed when she suddenly sat up and started shaking. She couldn’t balance herself—she was wobbling, disoriented, and clearly in distress. Within minutes, the shaking got worse, and she began drooling uncontrollably for over 45 minutes. I was terrified.

I rushed her to PETS hospital in orcutt where they determined she may have ingested something toxic. They began treatment right away to stabilize her. Thankfully, she made it through, but the bill came out to $3,400. While I’m doing everything I can to cover the costs, I’m currently financially unstable, and this emergency has been more than I can handle on my own, especially since it was so unexpected.

Olive is my best friend, my comfort, and a sweet little soul who’s been by my side through so much. She’s like a therapy dog to me, always knowing when something’s wrong and curling up beside me when I needed it most. Now, I’m trying to do the same for her.
