Hey guys, most of you know I’m a go go go type guy and have been working two jobs since I was about 16, but recently that all changed.

In late September I was hospitalized and had to have emergency surgery and then was referred to UCSF.

As I was healing from that, I began to have symptoms that I could not breathe and I was rushed to San Francisco and put into the ICU with multiple pulmonary embolisms (clots) in both my lungs.

Again, had to have emergency surgery to save my life.

Ive been told by the team here at CPMC that I will need to be on expensive blood thinners for at least six months, and due to the specialty, I’ll most likely have to come back and forth to San Francisco for follow up care since there isn’t any in even Sonoma county.

On top of not working, and bills, all these new medical expenses are going to kill me so I’m reaching out for any help as embarrassing as it is.

Even with Disability, the travel expenses alone will kill me.
