Save Bandit's Life: Urgent Surgery Needed

I am raising money for my cat Bandit he is 2 years old. And he can't urinate. Very recently he had a catheter put in. And 2 days later he can't urinate again. I can't pay any more vet bills. I received a estimate from a vet for 4,000 dollars for surgery to relieve the blockage. I tried to get a loan was denied. If I can't get anyone to help I will have to euthanize him soon he is not eating well and just laying down a lot. He was a stray and he jumped in my car so I kept him.
