As you all know, Krystal fell ill on Christmas eve and the fire brigade and vet did a fantastic job of getting her up for treatment.

She went down again on the 28th and was much worse clinically with a high heart rate and was clearly suffering. On the vets advice we had to make that horrendous decision to let her go over the rainbow bridge. It was a heart breaking morning, she was a very popular girl with both the staff and clients.

Her vets bills and funeral costs are approximately £1500 so far, I haven't had her final rainbow bill yet. I know all the people that adored her so much would like the opportunity to donate to her funeral fee and I would certainly appreciate the help at this time of year.

She was the biggest horse with an even bigger heart
