Help Get water turned back on

Hi yall I'm asking a lot I know times are hard and no one knows what tomm brings my family me dad and my daughter have been going threw some real hard times y dad is 78 on hospice and i just got diagnosed with stage 2 cancer i just had major surgery im still recovering had a cath until.last week very invasive surgery left me in diapers I have to have water to clean my self 3 times a day ninth distract was helping with my bills thank God but my 6 mounths was up 2 mounths ago so I got behind on water bill I'm asking if y'all could please just help a dollar it would be a blessing no way to use bathroom wash its very hard please if anyone can help I domt want money you could call alto city hall and pay them directly again if you cant help please pray with me God will supply havnt had water since yesterday thank you God bless!!-
