I HAVE END STAGE BREAST CANCER

I would like to get a second opinion from Cleveland Clinic to participate in clinical trials to prolong my life a few years longer.

I would like to pay for my cremation ahead of time so that my family doesn’t have to.

. I would like to open a trust for my daughters. The first $1000 will go to open an account for Georgie and Marissa. The remaining amount of my goal will go towards my care at CLEVELAND CLINIC HOSPITAL FOR CLINICAL TRIALS to try to prolong my life so I can live for my remaining years with my daughters by my side and to help ensure their future. Georgie wants to do nails after high school. Marissa will be a power of attorney helping Georgie with her future endeavors in life. I want to secure a basic trust for the care of Georgie as she gets older and out on her own. Marissa will need financial assistance to look out after her sister.

I would also like to pay the $3000 for my cremation after I die. I don’t want to donate my body to science because they take me away still warm to be studied and experiment with my body. Not giving my family the ability to say goodbye. I will still be alive when they take me away. My body has to be warm. I don’t want my family to pay for my funeral. They struggle financially as well.
