When I describe my sister to friends who have not met her, I talk about how sweet, strong and caring she is.  To sum it up-she is a walking angel, with a heart of gold.  Her kids mean the world to her, as do her friends and family.  

Our angel is now struggling and being 3000 miles  away from her, I feel helpless.

Kristi is still having seizures and isn’t able to work.  Family and friends have been staying by her side, 24 hours a day, after the seizures increased in length and  intensity.  Her seizures are incredibly scary to witness and fortunately she finally was able to schedule an initial appointment with a neurologist but that isn’t until mid-March.

Her work has been very supportive and given her time off, but she currently does not have any income coming in.  She is applying for disability but my understanding is that can take a few months to get straightened out and started. In the meantime, money is tight, further adding stress.  

 For all of us who love and care so much for Kristi and the joy she brings to our lives, I thought collectively it would be worthwhile to set up a Go fund me page to help support her during this uncertain time.

She is the person who would do all she could to help us, in any way needed, so it is time, we help her.
