Kristine Dugan's Medical Costs

Kristine Paulk Dugan is a school teacher at Will Rogers high school, a mother of two, and a free spirit. On November 30th at approximately 12:05 she started experiencing a strong head ache and fatigue. A friend recommend that she go to a hospital. Upon Arrival and a few tests they found an abnormal aneurism. No one in Tulsa can operate on this so she's being sent to a specialist in Phoenix Arizona.
