In  March 2018, my close and dear friend Kristina Grice learned she had Stage 3 Breast Cancer.  As a nurse she has always taken care of other people, but now it's time for all of us to take care of her.  She has very reluctantly agreed to let me start this fundraiser.

In addition to the physical and emotional suffering fighting cancer, there is also a financial burden as she hasn't been able to work at her job as a Pediatric Nurse in NICU at St. Catharines Hospital.
Kristina and her husband Dan have 4 very beautiful and active girls.  Emma and Maddie are 12 years old, Izzy is 8 and Liv is 7.

Kristina has completed her 4 months of Chemotherapy and underwent a Double Mastectomy this past September and has had 6 Lymph nodes removed.  She is currently receiving  Radiation treatment daily for the next 5 weeks.  And if that isn't unpleasant enough she will be completing another 24 weeks of Chemo after Radiation.
Knowing Kristina, I am very confident she will come through this victorious and cancer free, stronger than ever.

I hope that we - her family, friends, co-workers and anyone else who has been fortunate enough to know Kristina can all come together to support her and her family with this battle.
Your help and support in any way is greatly appreciated.  This Fundraiser will be used for offsetting loss in family income while she is not working and towards medical and dental bills.
