Since the sudden and heartbreaking passing of Kristina Cavalieri in 2024, we have honored her memory each year on her birthday, August 7, by organizing a GoFundMe fundraiser to continue the extraordinary legacy she devoted her life to—helping children and families in underserved communities.

Kristina dedicated countless hours volunteering in the Hartford Public Schools, working one-on-one with children to improve their reading skills while making sure every child felt seen, valued, and loved. She believed that every child deserved encouragement, opportunity, and someone who believed in them.

In addition to providing backpacks filled with school supplies, clothing, shoes, and toys to children and families facing hardship, Kristina also established the **Paulie Cavalieri Memorial Scholarship** at Wethersfield High School, ensuring that Paulie's memory would continue to inspire and support future generations.
