HI! Thank you to everyone who has followed me on my journey. When they told me I could possibly die and I have a 1 in a million rare disease with no cure... I replied, "well, you don't know me and im the CEO of my body!" I have the best support system, and with my strength and everyone around me, I am now in remission after a very vigorous journey. Woohoo! With that being said, I do have to keep receiving treatment 1 week a month connected to an IV, so I can't work full time yet and recently got laid off. Hence, now I have to pay out of pocket for my medical so I don't lose approval for my treatments. It's been tough to live off the disability checks, support my family, and stay up to date on the bills. So I am asking for a bit of help until I get back on my feet and fully recover from this life-altering experience. Anything helps, and I am forever grateful.
