My sister Kristin has been diagnosed with breast cancer and will require a double mastectomy that is scheduled for February 7.   The doctors will not know the extent of the cancer until surgery, and she will be requiring to take a minimum of 8 weeks off work.  She does not have any benefits available to her to assist her financially during her recovery, or for any of the multiple out of pocket expenses required.  Any donations are greatly appreciated for help with living expenses as she will be unable to work during her recovery time.
