Hi y’all, Kristin here!

In October 2024, at just 28 years old, I was diagnosed with stage III cervical cancer. Since then, I have gone through chemotherapy, radiation, brachytherapy, immunotherapy, targeted radiation, and multiple additional treatments. I have also traveled thousands of miles searching for the best care and, ultimately, more time. Despite everything, my cancer has continued to progress, and my most recent therapy was unsuccessful.

I am not ready to stop fighting. After extensive research and speaking personally with others receiving treatment there, I have decided to pursue an intensive eight-week treatment program at a cancer center in Tampa, Florida. This treatment is not covered by insurance, and the cost of treatment alone is $40,400 out of pocket.

On top of that, this journey includes eight weeks of lodging, food, transportation, and travel between Kentucky and Florida. My husband, Zach, will be traveling back and forth so he can continue working while being with me as much as possible, and my parents will split the remaining time so I do not have to go through treatment alone.
