On December 27, 2019 our sweet Kristie was given a going home celebration which jer.precious children and family and friends were all able to participate in. Today this account name is being changed to reflect the.intention of funds to contribute toward their lifetime needs. Please don't forget these children. As autistic adults they will remain our children their entire lives and any help will go to fill their mother's loving shoes in their financial security. Thank you for your gifts and contributions and prayers. -Kristie's family and friends At 3 pm on December 25, 2019 our sweet #Kristiethewarrior had fought until she finally, exhausted, triumphed over that ugly demon called cancer. She is now being celebrated in Heaven as the true warrior princess that she is. She is not here to fight our battles any more. there are still too many unknown factors left in her final earthly needs, the financial security of her children, and general peace of mind for her beloved husband and her family. all gifts are being held specifically toward those needs and only the most urgent bills will be paid from these funds. of you have questions or would like a non -electronic method to help please call or text Laurie at 9362214208. Thank you very much and God Bless. On Wednesday December 18, 2019 our sweet #Kristie the warrior entered hospice care at Nacogdoches Medical Center. Her family and friends are devastated. we knew the end of this story would be sad but we so hoped for just a little more time. While she struggles to stay just a moment longer we are trying to begin picking up the reins for her. we discovered that her life insurance was terminated when she had to give final notice at her job. we were completely unaware as was Kristie. For the past months she was comforted knowing that her home, car and other bills would be cleared so that her beloved children would be the main and only true concern for her precious husband, family, and friends. Thank God she doesn't know that had crumbled. Her one and only goal, the care and financial stability of her family being certain was now to be drastically challenged. As she is leaving us we are also preparing to take up the full brunt of house and needs of these young Autistic adults. They will not be in peril of homelessness and they will not be hungry. but their needs are so very much more. Clothes and healthcare, transportation, comforts we all enjoy. Sincerely, Kristie's Loved Ones Original Kristie is a married mother of 3 special needs children and is helping to raise her special needs 4 yr old Godson. She is currently battling recurrent Grade 3 Cancer of the Peritonrum and Retroperitoneum. This cancer is inoperable and her only hope is to get it in remission. She is currently taking her third type of chemo as the first two have failed and the tumors which cover her abdomen have grown. Recently she discovered a spot on her breast and she has had testing and now the doctors are concerned she might have breast cancer as well. She will know more in a few weeks after another MRI guided biospy. Anyone who knows Kristie loves her, she has been a member of the Timpson Volunteer Fire Dept for 13 years and the Timpson Volunteer Ambulance Service for close to 10 years. She has a heart and desire to serve. She has been unable to work since her diagnosis and has ran out of FMLA at her job as an ER Tech at Nacogdoches Medical Center in Center, Texas. They rely on her husbands hard work but modest income to support them and her multiple monthly trips and stays at MD Anderson in Houston. We are asking for help to get her back and forth to Houston, gas, hotel stays, parking and food, anything extra will be used for the thousands in medical bills that are stacking up...
