We are planning the gathering for Kristi's celebration of life after her passing on October 18, 2025. In 2021 she was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer and at 56 she left us all too soon.

Kristi was known for her brilliant and bright laugh, her deep sense of feeling, and her creative and inspired spirit.

We are planning for a celebration of life that reflects all her facets. Her love for the elements, and her passion for ceremony leads us to the Winter Solstice.

We are fundraising to support her two children Keenan and Zuri to cover the costs of her funeral arrangements, the venue, catering, flowers, medical bills, accrued and legacy building.

We will gather for a day and a night to bring together her closest friends and family with music, food, laughter, tears and dancing.

We'd be honored to have you a part of this process in any way-- we know she was and is deeply loved and supported by her community.

We know that part of Kristi's unique spark and value was within her art. We plan to interweave her art within this process as a way of honoring the energy exchange from her and her spirit--as well as her art will be displayed in her celebration.
