Hi, my name is Amber Ford. Tonja Chapman and I are putting together this for Kristen Hilley. We are friends of hers and former classmates.

Recently she was diagnosed with some health problems and will be having a heart procedure done on the 31st.

She is a single Mom of Six beautiful children and a business owner. Kristen is the most kind hearted person we know and would never ask for help so we wanted to do something that will ease her stress while going through this difficult time.
