Kriss has thyroid cancer but not for long!

This is Kriss, I refer to her as My Kriss, I guess I am attached. She worked for me for many years, eventually leaving to set up her own business. She is the most driven woman I know in El Salvador and an awesome mother to her son Junior 11 years old and daughter Ariana 3 years old.
Just after her 30th birthday, she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. The recommendation is to remove the full thyroid. The goal is to get her the best care possible as quickly as possible, so she can focus on being a mother and taking over the world.
The surgery in a private hospital with a specialist is $4300... not bad in the grand scheme of things! We are trying to raise $5000 so that we can also cover the costs of aftercare.
We are in a position of asking for help because Covid has left us all out of work since March, a double whammy for Kriss.
Kriss is tough, optimistic, and resilient. I believe that if we can get her truly quality care she will make a quick and solid recovery. My fear is that if we don't raise the money she will have to wait months to receive treatment with fear eating away at her resilience.
We would love to have the money raised by Nov 20th, so by Christmas, she can put this stage of her life behind her.

Esta es Kriss, me refiero a ella como Mi Kriss, ya que estoy muy apegada a ella. Trabajó para mí durante muchos años, y finalmente se fue para montar su propio negocio. Ella es la mujer más motivada que conozco en El Salvador y una madre increíble para su hijo Junior de 11 años y su hija Ariana de 3 años.
Justo después de cumplir 30 años, le diagnosticaron cáncer de tiroides. La recomendación médica es extirpar la tiroides por completo. El objetivo es brindarle la mejor atención posible lo antes posible, para que pueda concentrarse en ser madre y dominar el mundo.
La cirugía en un hospital privado con un especialista cuesta $ 4300 ... ¡nada mal en el gran esquema de las cosas! Estamos tratando de recaudar $ 5000 para que también podamos cubrir los costos del cuidado posterior.
Necesitamos ayuda ya que la pandemia del Covid nos ha dejado a todos sin trabajo desde marzo, un doble golpe para Kriss.
Kriss es fuerte, optimista y resistente. Creo que si podemos obtener atención médica de calidad, ella se recuperará rápida y sólidamente. Mi temor es que si no recaudamos el dinero, ella tendrá que esperar meses para recibir tratamiento y el miedo le robará la capacidad de recuperación.
Nos encantaría tener el dinero recaudado antes del 20 de noviembre, para que en Navidad pueda dejar atrás esta etapa de su vida.
