This is for our friend, our family member, our co-worker, our nicest-guy-in-the-world - our 'Dunes'. Kris was admitted to the hospital and has been there for a few days now. We all know how quickly those hospital bills add up, not to mention all the other expenses piling up while he's not at work or home, for him and his family.

This was how the original post started a few days ago. Kris was doing better as of Sunday - he was making relatively fast progress towards recovery. Unfortunately things turned for the worse and he has since passed away. Now this GoFund Me campaign has turned from a 'get better' for Kris, to a 'try to help his family' through this unimaginable time. Maureen and her kids need our help and support now more than ever. From all of us - everywhere - we just want to let the family know that we are sorry for their loss and want to help however we can.

If you knew Kris, if you know his family, you know that if YOU were in their position, he would absolutely be saying "where do I sign, what can I do, how much do they need". Without hesitation. So please do the same for them - help however you can, hopefully through this GoFundMe campaign.
