Kris Kimpel and Family

We (Kris' sister, Penny Clemens and I) are setting up this Go Fund Me campaign on behalf of Kris Kimpel and her family.

As many of you have heard, Kris lost her youngest son, Devan Knowles, suddenly and tragically at the very young age of 28, on September 18, 2023; just days after being diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia.

Devan was a gentle soul who had a heart of gold; always there to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He was loved by so many, his family, friends and coworkers.

He enjoyed family events, outings with friends, Playstation, the great outdoors, his dog/cats and his loving girlfriend, Erica. He was very fortunate to have had a fantastic year of travel, yet the year ended so terribly wrong.

He worked for MacDonald Steel welding and thoroughly enjoyed his work and was proud of his welds/accomplishments. Devan would want us all to keep his 6'5 self in our hearts, speak of him and know he is at peace now.

The support the family has received is truly a testament to his incredible kind, caring and giving soul.
