My buddy Kris is moving to Boerne! Kris is one of the most dynamic and brilliant human beings you will ever meet. He's one of my best friends and the Lord has used him in my life to speak truth and point me to Jesus in a season where I had lost all faith and was being eaten alive by depression, anxiety and alcoholism. To say I'm grateful for this man is a wild understatement.

Over the last few years, Kris has fallen on hard times, and now it's our turn to encourage and support him when he needs it most. Kris is currently in Houston and has been in and out of homelessness, and the Lord has given an opportunity for him to move to Boerne to reset, rest, and receive some runway to get back to living life and doing what he does best: Loving people, Discipling the name of Jesus, creating and writing, and ultimately being someone who has an absurd amount of value to bring to his community.

Our goal here is to provide Kris with a 12 month runway, free of financial burden and constant imminent homelessness so he can focus on healing, finding a job in this new city, and exploring what the Lord has called him to on this earth. He will be moving into an apartment on Friday, 12/20, and we have the initial expenses covered, but are trying to raise a few extra bucks to help ensure he has that 12 month runway we're looking for to get a strong foundation under him.
