KRCC Flood Relief 2021
Tax deductible
After a tumultuous week of freezing rain, ice, and snow, Eastern Kentucky was next hit with non-stop rain that resulted in record-breaking flooding. The flooding in the Kentucky River Region forced significant numbers of individuals and families to evacuate their flooded homes, as they were literally underwater. The floods destroyed houses, churches, schools, vehicles, personal belongings, and displaced pets and farm animals, leaving many with absolutely nothing.
The staff at Kentucky River Community Care, Inc. (KRCC) spend their daily lives helping the clients and communities of the Kentucky River Region, and especially now, have come together to assist any and all in need. Unfortunately, because KRCC is a non-profit, most of the funds that we receive through grants and contracts cannot be used to help employees of Go-Hire, Inc. placed at KRCC, as it is a conflict of interest. Therefore, we have set up this account to help staff AND members of the communities of the Kentucky River Region. Many of the towns in this region are some of the poorest in Kentucky and the nation. Any donation will help us to provide at least basic necessities as families try to rebuild their communities and lives.
Thank you,
Go-Hire, Inc. & KRCC, Inc.
