Hi everyone, my name is Lexi,
While I was traveling in the Dominican Republic, I met the sweetest dog — I named her Honey because she’s gentle, golden, and has the kindest soul. She showed up one day looking scared and hungry, but despite everything she’s been through, she still wags her tail and leans in for love. I can’t leave her behind.
I’ve been doing everything I can to bring Honey home with me to the U.S., but the costs are far more than I expected. She still needs all of her vaccinations, a microchip, paperwork, safe boarding, and a flight, along with the international transport process that ensures she can enter the U.S. legally and safely. Altogether, this comes to about $8,000.
I’m covering as much as I can myself, but I can’t do it alone. Every single dollar will go toward:
• Veterinary care (vaccines, microchip, health certificate)
• Boarding and daily care while she’s waiting to travel
• Flight and transport fees
• Required import processing and inspections
Honey has already come so far, she just needs this last step to finally have a home where she’ll be safe, healthy, and loved. I’m desperate to get her here and give her the life she deserves.
If you can help, whether it’s a donation or even sharing this page, it would mean the world to me (and to Honey). Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
If we don’t make enough to bring her home, all donations will be sent back to your accounts. Thank you guys!
