Help getting a car

Hi. I have scoliosis in my back and arthritis in both my knees and ankles. I lives 4.3 miles outside from the closest town and have to walk to just get groceries and can't carry much from town for food. Walking a distance of almost 9 miles just to be able to get food puts me in a lot of pain even with taking medication. I have to walk to town twice a week just to get food. I'm on food stamps for assistance to just be able to eat. If people could help me get a car I would appreciate it. A friend's family member would be willing to sell me a car for $3,000 so I'm trying to come up with the money to afford it. Any help with getting the car would be greatly appreciated.
