Breast cancer is one of the most commonly diagnosed cancers among American women
In late November 2018 my friend and coworker Stacy became that 1 in 8 women statistic. Stacy was diagnosed with breast cancer.
On December 5th Stacy will have a double masectomy and will have biopsies done that will help determine what stage her cancer is in. Stacy has been working everyday since being diagnosed and is planning to only take 3 weeks to allow herself to recover and prepare for her upcoming chemotherapy. Any person that has to go through dealing with cancer should not have to push themselves to recover so that they can get back to work so that they can afford lifes essentials, pay the mortgage and afford other basic necessities.
You may or may not know Stacy personally but I ask you to donate any amount you can give to help alleviate some of her worry during this time. Some day you may be reaching out to strangers, friends and family for assistance and I sincerly hope anyone that can help you does the same wayI hope you can help Stacy.
