Please help my dog! He needs surgery

Hi my name is Sean. My dog, Gator recently had an accident, breaking his femur bone, and requires surgery. He is 8 months old. If I don't come up with funds soon, I will have to surrender him. Please help Gator with his recovery. I would be forever grateful for you guys. Thank you!
