With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Steven Johnson — a devoted father, son, and brother — who has gone from labor to reward and received his wings.

Unfortunately, Steve did not have insurance to cover his burial expenses. We humbly ask for your support in helping our family cover these costs during this difficult time.

According to the State of Maryland, Steve’s remains must be claimed by October 14, 2025. By that date, either a funeral home must take possession of his body, or a state cremation fee must be paid so the family can receive his ashes. Either option will result in expenses that we must meet as a family.

We are currently arranging for a funeral home where hopefully a memorial service can be held and cremation completed.

No donation is too small, and every act of kindness brings us closer to giving Steve the farewell he deserves.
