Reece Conlan - Pukaup's Cycle for Change 2022

“As part of PukaUp’s Cycle for Change 2022 event from 18th - 20th November, I'll riding to raise critical awareness & funds for the prevention of suicide in our community. PukaUp are a cause driven organisation who exist to end suicide. The recent launch of their online course Foundations of Wellbeing means that every Australian can learn the knowledge and tools needed to proactively manage their individual mental health, before reaching crisis point.

This cause means a lot to me because too many of my close friends & collegues who have struggled with mental health, have lost their lives to suicide. For every $250 I raise, I unlock one spot in the course which, I can then gift to anyone in my community. The more we raise together, the more people’s lives we can positively impact.
