Avete un sogno? Io ovviamente si! Ed è quello di contribuire a creare un mondo più significativo per chi lo vive.
Per far questo sento di dover prima pormi le domande giuste.
E oggi mi sento più vicina a tutto questo poiché sono stata accettata al YALE Young Global Scholars Program per frequentare un superselettivo programma estivo per studenti delle scuole superiori. Qui mi aspetto di trovare alcune delle mie risposte e imparare a fare nuove domande.
Sono incredula ed entusiasta di essere stata ammessa alla sessione di Politics, Law, & Economics che si terrà nel campus di Yale il prossimo luglio.
Sono certa che questo programma mi aprirà nuovi orizzonti dal punto di vista accademico ma soprattutto delle relazioni umane con studenti di tutto il mondo.
Diventare un Yale Young Global Scholar è un sogno per cui ho lavorato duramente e che contribuirà a plasmare il mio futuro: il mio impegno di autofinanziare completamente questa opportunità le aggiunge un enorme valore. La mia famiglia infatti mi sta già sostenendo nei miei tanti altri progetti (il prossimo anno scolastico infatti lo passerò a Shangahi in un liceo cinese)
YALE mi ha assegnato una borsa di studio parziale, io utilizzerò i miei risparmi e i guadagni dei miei lavori part-time.
Però mi mancano ancora dei fondi e la mia prima scadenza per confermare il posto a YALE è il 10 aprile.
Grazie per il vostro sostegno! Non lo dimenticherò mai: se riuscirò ad andare a YALE al mio ritorno sarò felice di raccontarvi la mi esperienza e metterla al servizio dei vostri sogni!

Do you have a dream? I do. And it is contributing to create a meaningful world, but to do so I first have to ask myself the right questions.
Today I feel closer to my dream as I have been accepted by the Yale Young Global Scholars Program to attend a summer program for outstanding high school students. Here I expect I will find some of the answers.
I am excited to have been admitted to the Politics, Law, & Economics session that takes place on the Yale University campus next July 2019.
I am confident that this program will help me explore this academic interest and help me prepare for college.
Students from all over the world attend this highly competitive program, I know that I would gain a great deal from both my studies and interactions with my peers. I am so grateful for the opportunity to participate in this life changing experience.
I’ve been awarded of a partial scholarship and I am contributing from my savings and from part time jobs. Becoming a Yale Young Global Scholar is a dream which will contribute to shape my future. My commitment to completely self-finance this opportunity adds enormous value. In fact, my family is already supporting me in my many other projects ( I will spend next school year in Shangahi in a Chinese high school)
I still miss a bit my first deadline to confirm the place is April 10th.
A small act of kindness creates a ripple effect that can brighten many lives. Thank you for your support, I will never forget it: if I manage to go to YALE when I return I will be happy to to share my experience helping you to step closer to realize your dream!
