And Justice For All?

UPDATE: I have chosen to switch gears and hire a new attorney, Matthew Hardin. Mr. Hardin is astute in Social Media and online affairs. I am confident with Mr. Hardin's amazing skills and with the community's support we will emerge victorious.

My previous attorney, David Schneider and his firm did an outstanding job in representing me over the last few years and was very instrumental in winning the appeal. David Schneider is a fantastic attorney and he served me well.

BACKGROUND: My name is Steve Quest (aka) Montagraph, you may know me as an internet investigator, entertainer, or current events analyst. I have been active online for decades and my investigations have had an important impact on political affairs. I try to hold myself to a higher standard complete with honesty, integrity, accountability and helping others when I can. My reputation is extremely important to me, as it would be to anyone.

Sadly, I was forced to file a defamation lawsuit against an attorney with a vast social media presence for falsely accusing me of heinous crimes that I never committed nor would ever commit. This attorney continues to maliciously slander my good name to a wide audience placing my reputation, as well as my physical being in danger, including endangering those around me.

This is not a frivolous lawsuit as Judge Jennifer Fischer has confirmed with her ruling, which the Minnesota Court of Appeals upheld.

I am of meager means and it appears that the defendant is trying to outspend me to avoid accountability for his actions. I have set my goal to raise an additional $85,000 and hopefully, this will get my case heard before the jury, to once and for all clear my good name from such disgustingly false accusations.

I truly appreciate all of the support that I have received over the past three years in helping me get my justice and to be vindicated once and for all.
