I was diagnosed with appendicitis and gallstones a few months ago. My doctor told me I would need surgery to remove my appendix and gallbladder before the problems worsened.

I asked my employer to put me on full-time so that I could get health insurance. Still, they delayed my full-time employment until after the required enrollment date and then told me I wouldn’t be eligible to get the medical insurance until March of next year. I've been having increasing pains and health issues, so I recently went to the hospital and was told I would need to get the surgery soon. I can no longer wait for my employers’ coverage which won’t start until March 2023, so I had to quit my job today to apply for state medical benefits, which I hope I can get.

I didn’t want to do that and hate having to ask people for money as I believe in paying my own way, so it was a last resort. The recovery time is about two months, but I will need help getting some money for my bills and living expenses while recovering until I can get back to work. I would be genuinely grateful for any donation, even if it's just 5 dollars. That 5 dollars will go a long way. I appreciate every single one of you for taking the time to read this.
