I'm homeless and I need help

My name is Austin Valentine, I'm 19 years old, and I was kicked out of East Tennessee State University due to not being able to pay the rest of the fees of my tuition.

I had to leave Johnson City to go back to Pigeon Forge. I’m currently staying in a really scary and dangerous motel. You can't find the motel on Google maps. It's called Budget Inn/Economy Inn. The rent here is $200 a week. I had to switch rooms twice because the rooms and beds were filled with bed bugs. The third room I am currently living in also has bed bugs, but the landlord won't do anything about it, because it's the last room available. He said that he would spray the room I'm living in, but he's only sprayed the room once. I've been using bed bug foggers to get rid of the bed bug situation.

I'm trying to save as much money as I can so I can move in with a roommate into an apartment, but as of right now, I don't even have the cash to get me a snack at the dollar store, let alone rent. I don't want to sleep with bed bugs tonight, and I need a shower. If anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated.
