London Marathon 2022

If Eddie Izzard can run 32 marathons in 31 days then surely I can run 1 in a lifetime....

I entered the London Marathon ballot thinking what an amazing opportunity that would be, having heard the stories of people entering for 8 consecutive years and never getting a place. Well....we got a place so here we are. I wouldn’t say I was a natural runner or that I particularly loved or even liked running but what I do love is a challenge and this makes it all the more challenging.

I’m running to raise money for ‘Combat Stress’ a cause close to my heart as a British Army Nurse. I’ve seen first hand the difference that they can make. If you would be so kind as to sponsor me for the London marathon 2022 I would really appreciate it.....especially at mile 19 when I’m truly in the hurt locker.
