Hello Everyone!
If you’re lucky enough to know Jack, you already know he is a kind, loving, excellent Mapa to his daughter and a rock solid person, but you may or may not already know that his top surgery* has been scheduled for this May 7th, 2019! This is incredibly exciting, a little bit scary, and very expensive: we need your help.
Jack has wanted this surgery for a very long time, and we are so excited that it's finally happening. While the surgery in itself is a pretty big deal, Jack received incredible news that OHIP will be covering part of the surgical cost of a Double Incision Mastectomy. While this news is the best possible scenario for him, the financial burden does not stop there.
Here's an outline of the costs we know so far:
Remaining Surgical Cost Due on April 25th - $2260 includes tax
Living Expenses Post Surgery - $2500
Any help that you can offer is greatly appreciated. We can do this! If you can’t afford to donate, that’s totally A-OKAY because there are still lots of ways you can help - send a card, suggest podcast/movie recommendations or stop by for a visit, AND don’t forget the most important one share the heck out of this page!
