Kory needs help to kick cancer
Donation protected
Hey everyone,
It all started two years ago when a wonderful young man asked my daughter for her hand in marriage. We planned for 2 years and finally the day came. They said their i dos and were so happy. They had learned a couple weeks before the wedding that they were expectindg a baby and made the announcement at the reception.
They were all excited . Just married and having a baby (a Boy due in Feb.) making plans for the future.
Kory had not been feeling well and had been to the Dr. a few times thinking it was allergies or something and trying different meds. none of which helped. (this all started in January) The constant itching and not sleeping was starting to really get to him but they kept saying it was allergies and to try this or that.
In the beginning of August Kory was having a hard time breathing so Amanda took him into the Dr. right away. He had lumps in his neck that the Dr. could feel and knew it was serious . He suggested doing an X-ray. The x-ray showed the spots in his neck and chest where his Lymphnodes were swollen
They figured it was Lymphoma ....but what kind??? The next day was a PET scan and a couple days later they removed a lymph node to Biopsy it to find out what kind and what stage.
Hodgkins Lymphoma Stage 2B
Kory Started Chemo the following friday. Chemo every other week for 6 months.
Kory is strong and a fighter but needs some support.
They don't like to ask for help but they are in need.
Any donations are greatly appreciated and will go to the mounting Dr. bills
Thank you to everyone.
This is coming from a mother-in-law who thinks the world of her son in law.
