Rest Easy Kortez...

I want to first acknowledge all those who have being  praying for our family during this difficult time. We greatly appreciate it.  For those who don’t know me, my name is Lesha, Kortez oldest sister.

A lot of people knew my brother as Tez, we, however, knew him as Kortez. Kortez was a son, brother, uncle, nephew, boyfriend, friend, partna, homie and all around awesome person. Kortez was taken away from us senselessly and tragically on July 15, 2020 from a fatal gun shot.  Unfortunately the doctors efforts were not enough to save his life.

So many have reached out to us asking what we need or what you can do.  This question is a hard one because what we really desire is impossible at this time.  All we desire is for Kortez to walk through door again with his infectious smile and goofy personality. 

This above request of course can not be fulfilled.  However, any funds God lays on your heart to give to our family will be greatly appreciated especially by our mother who has been affected the most by this untimely travesty of losing her only son.
