Hi all,

My name is Niall, formerly of Oxford City, Oxford Uni and Ireland Korfball. I'm now working at a university in Ireland (SETU Carlow) and am looking into setting up korfball here.

The Sports Office is supportive and we will be looking to do taster sessions before trying to launch a proper club, after which they would be able to help out with procuring equipment, but for the moment I'm not going down the route of applying for formal funding from the IKF or similar.

I have one post in the UK that I need to ship over, and ideally would get my hands on another post and a few balls, so I'm looking to the wonderful korfball community in the UK and anyone who would like to contribute to this exciting venture.

Donations, however small, would be gratefully received and I also would love to hear from any clubs who have an old, unused post (or parts thereof) that they would be willing to let go.

If it all works out there'll be a great place for you to take a korfball trip abroad.
