Hi, my name is Korey Fells aka Korey Keys. I am a professional musician from Little Rock, AR that now resides in Los Angeles, CA. My biggest dream is to inspire people around the world to go after what they truly love with not just my music, but my personality, my character, my story, my love for others.
I recently went to 24 Hour Fitness in Glendale, CA for the first time since I tore my achilles playing basketball at that same gym in February. I left the gym feeling good about my progress until I got to my car in the full parking garage to learn that someone had busted my window and stolen my backpack (the contents of my life’s work).
My backpack contained my MacBook with multiple bought DAWs and plugins, Beyerdynamic DT 770 Studio Headphones, (2) Samsung Portable SSD T5 External Hard Drives, my Passport, UE-Live In Ears, my Ilok for Protools, multiple cables and adapters, multiple flash drives, and a few other smaller objects.
I did just about everything I could to try to find out who did this or find my stuff; including checking all video surveillance (they only have it in the staircase and saw no one, so whoever did this came in the garage in their car), reported this to the police, checked local pawn shops and turned the serial numbers in, checked to see if I had any insurance to cover my personal property (I didn’t but I do now), used find my iphone for the laptop, and many other options.
If you’ve read this far, I already appreciate you so much for taking the time out to be here for me during the toughest of times and not just the good times. If you’re able to help, please help me get back on my feet and continue this journey. If not, then a simple prayer is more than enough. I love you all. Praying for a change in this world.
