Korey needs our help

First of all, thank you for looking. My dear friend, Korey was hesitant to make a GoFundMe, as he isn’t really one to ask for help. But anyone that knows him and what he’s been going through, knows that he is wholeheartedly deserving of love and help. He’s been a bright light to our local community for years, an ally, a backbone, a shoulder to cry on, and a much needed laugh on a bad day. To know him is to love him. Recently he’s been dealing with an unfathomable amount of physical turmoil and also financial. Between having a hit and run, dealing with an extreme amount of emotional stress (which he never shows), and most recently the back to back strokes he’s been having - he could really use our help right now. The medical bills are adding up, and his rent is pouring into the same pit, alongside with his every day necessities. The economy is not equipt to help the sick, but I fully believe that the every day humans that inhabit it can make a difference for someone. So I’m kindly asking you all to consider helping this sweet man out. I know there’s plenty of us struggling right now, and even Korey wouldn’t ask you to spare a dime - but I am. A dollar can make a difference. A phone call can change a life. A hug can put back the pieces of what feels like shattering news. We can make the difference for him, so please consider helping me help him.
