The Kono Bicycle Project runs a bicycle library in the township of Wordu, just outside Koidu in the east of Sierra Leone. We have eighteen bikes available to borrow.

Children and young people who have more than 3 miles to travel to school and college each day are eligible to borrow a bike for their commute. Riding bikes to school or college has many benefits, including increased attendance and course completion.

Your donation will contribute to monthly running costs and buying new bicycles.
