Kolby's Place Fire Relief Fund

On 1/21/2020 Kolby’s Place (Barbershop and Salon) located at 328 Glenwood Avenue, Bloomfield NJ was struck by an irrecoverable fire. Kolby’s Place has been servicing the residents of Bloomfield since 2007 so we are very disheartened that the fire has completely destroyed our business. Our barbershop and salon was a place many visited weekly even daily for their everyday styling needs, from shape-ups from our barbers to silk presses from our stylists. We have received great reviews and recognition on websites like YELP, Google and our different social media pages with as many as 4.5 stars in customer satisfaction.

I am hoping this page can help raise money for the hardworking licensed barbers and stylists who have dedicated many hours to perfecting their craft and provide great customer service to all.

Kolby’s Place employees 11 licensed barbers and stylist who as a result of this fire has lost all of their supplies, including but not limited to, high definition clippers, hair dryers, hair-cutting kits, blades, face trimmers, other styling tools and so much more. Any donations are greatly appreciated as this loss has tremendously affected our employee’s livelihood.

Additionally, we are working very hard to secure another location so we can continue to service those who visit “The Heart of Bloomfield.” Details coming very soon !
