Hi, my name is Mitchel and I'm fundraising for one of my closest friends, Kolbie.

Last week, a devastating fire tore through Kolbie’s home, displacing him and his housemates. Thankfully, firefighters were able to stop the blaze from spreading to nearby homes. Unfortunately their home could not be spared in entirety. What the flames didn’t destroy, the water from the firehoses did.

As if that wasn't enough, looters broke in days later, stealing valuable items like Kolbie’s computer, TV, and gaming systems (we all know how much he loves his Switch), along with countless personal and sentimental belongings.

For those who know Kolbie, you know how fiercely independent and stubborn he can be. He would never ask for help himself—I had to convince him to let me do this.
