My dear friend Kawika Oneha...
He is one of the kindest souls I know. Born with dwarfism, although little in stature, he has a BIG HEART, and as long as I have known him, he has always gone out of his way to help others and share his Aloha with so many. Kawika has endured many challenges in his lifetime, including back surgeries, that has left him having to use a wheelchair. Although physically challenged, he has never let that stop him from getting out and about to support so many causes in the community. He also cares for his aging Dad. While so many of us take getting around for granted, Kawika has never let his challenges stop him .
A few days ago, his electric wheelchair gave out and is in a state of non repair, thus, I am asking for your kokua to help with funding to purchase him a new one. Being the person that he is, I know he wouldn't want to ask for help, so I am. A new electric wheelchair would give him the means to continue getting out and living independently as he always has.
Your KOKUA and donation would be greatly appreciated! If this wasn't important, I wouldn't be asking. Any amount that you can kokua would be greatly appreciated!
Mahalo for taking the time to consider helping and paying it forward.
God Bless and Aloha!
