Thank you for visiting our GoFundMe campaign! We want to start by sharing our heart behind our infertility journey and our prayerful decision to create this page. We (Kody and Tay) have been faced with a very unexpected battle with infertility for about 3 years. Though it’s been a trial that can be heartbreaking and confusing at times, we are NOT confused in the sense that we know it has been ordained by our Heavenly Father for us to persevere through these circumstances with Christ leading the way. We count this trial as joy, not only does it deepen our faith, trust, and steadfastness in our sovereign God, but the Lord has been so gracious to have allowed us to learn so much, especially in this last year. Through various infertility treatments with local fertility clinics, we discovered we both have medical complications that have contributed to our infertility and are not able to conceive without the help of the medical technology of fertility clinics. After several treatments, we did get the privilege of being pregnant once, and even though it did end in a miscarriage, we are grateful for Christ giving us that opportunity to find out we could in fact, get pregnant. So from here, we have not ceased to pray for guidance on the next steps, which at this point will be attempting embryo adoption. We will be working with Nightlight Christian Adoption Agency, their Snowflake Embryo Adoption Program. We are so excited, to say the least, to be able to adopt embryos, and give them a chance at life, where they would otherwise be destroyed or forgotten about. So why create the GoFundMe if we have been managing this far? We have sought wisdom not only from the Lord but from Godly influences in our lives regarding starting this campaign due to the extremely large amounts of finances it does take to pay for embryo adoption that is not covered under insurance. We don't take this lightly and respect everyone's opinion regarding this matter, but we have come to the point where we decided to humbly ask for assistance in this journey. We know the Lord provides, and so we thank you for prayerfully considering helping us. Trusting the lord in whatever he has for us, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions at all. 1. Orientation and Application
2. Approval and Home Study/Background Checks
3. Matching Phase
4. Matched with a donor family and move forward with legal paperwork/contracts
5. Contract phase complete, shipping of embryos to a Snowflake-partnered clinic nearest to us
6. Medications and FET (Frozen Embryo Transfer) at the clinic
7. Await pregnancy results, and maintain medications needed
