Hi guys, my name is Nicole. I’m trying to help raise surgical funds for my daughter and her father’s playful and loving 8 1/2 year old dog Kodo. He is needing surgery to eliminate his pain but they do not have the money needed as Nick was recently laid off.

 

Kodo’s pain began two years ago when he came in limping after playing in the backyard. His dad took him to VCA Woodland South and the vet said his x-rays showed possible signs of a cruciate ligament rupture (ACL) but to start with at-home treatment of restricting activity and put him on a diet - so they did just that and it worked - Kodo was limp-free and loving life within 30 days. He was doing so good until recently when he slipped jumping up onto the bed and completely tore his ACL and meniscus. He needs a TPLO surgery at Catoosa Small Animal Hospital which costs $2,600. I set the goal at $3,000 because of the fees gofundme charges but anything raised over the amount of the vet bill will be donated to the next family who needs financial help at Catoosa Small Animal Hospital.

 

Please help them help their furbaby. Kodo means so much to all of us and no one should have to live in pain like that simply because of the lack of funds. I know so many are having a difficult time right now so anything at all is very much appreciated.
