Hi, I am Brenda Finley. I am reaching out to those that know me and my family, to see if we can ask for some assistance.

My children and I live in Kodiak, Alaska. We are an active family and spend a lot of our time outdoors. Which is why I am making this request. I have a 10 year old son that has Cerebral Palsy. With that comes a bit of mobility challenges. A couple years back we were blessed with a gently used trike that has allowed my son to go on family bike rides and enjoy our nice days on his own bike. We have taken care of the trike as best we could, but it is rapidly succumbing to the Kodiak elements. We are not going to be able to get through the rest of this summer with the trike he has. I have reached out to Jeremiah at our local bike shop, 58* North, to get a bike that is perfect for my son and his needs. I have attached the link so you can check it out. We are going to upgrade him to an electrical trike as he will benefit greatly with the boost up our Kodiak hills.

That electrical feature tends to complicate shipping a tad. Those of you that live here know the joys and struggles of shipping. Jeremiah is professional, and great at what he does, and has figured out a way to make it happen. That is the extra expense I am requesting. If there is any funding remaining, it will be used for other people, like my son, that need a little help making their dreams come true.
