Koda's Second ACL Tear Needs Surgery

Koda and I went through this last year when she tore her ACL in her back right leg. Now she’s torn her ACL in her back left leg. I was told there was a 50% chance of this happening, and I had hoped it wouldn’t, but less than a year later, it did. First, I thought it was a partial tear, but this weekend (3/16/25), she fully tore it and has been hopping around since.

I want to raise money for her surgery so she can walk again. We had a few months where she was walking so much, and she was so happy. It hurts to see her back to where she was last year, in so much pain and not being able to go on walks while the weather is still nice out.

Even with pet insurance the surgery is very expensive and not everything will be covered.
