Koda Rylan Cook

Early in the morning on August 4th, 2022, Jordan Cook and Micky Repp were plunged into every parent's worst nightmare. Their baby, Koda, was found unresponsive, a victim of SIDS. Despite the best efforts of family and first responders, he could not be revived. The cascade of events that follows a SIDS case has been traumatic enough, but the associated expenses are proving to be quite burdensome. Micky, a nurse, is on unpaid maternity/bereavement leave. Jordan, a cook, is unable to get paid time off to mourn this loss. This account is being created to help with living expenses for the family and end-of-life expenses for Koda. We will update this account with information as the family processes this tragedy. For the time being, we ask that you respect their privacy and wait until they are ready to reach out to you. A meal train will be organized soon with an address that may vary. Right now, the family is finding it too painful to return to their home.
