Koa the Taghazout kitten

I recently came to Taghazout again and met these little kittens living outside my hostel, koa has a serious eye infection which caused him to scratch out his eye, meaning he needs eye surgery to save his life, the surgery costs $300, any help would be incredibly appreciated to get this baby to good health xxx
