Help fix my family's house

Hurricane Sally has ravaged through the gulf coast and it has left many people in terrible positions, including my family. My dad, step mom, little brother and little sister have lived in Alabama for a while now and they have never seen a hurricane like this. To make matters even worse a small tornado developed right over their house and destroyed quite a bit of the property. The news told everyone in the area that it was just supposed to be a tropical storm until it was too late, it ended up turning into a category 3 hurricane. My family was trapped in their home throughout the entirety of this horrific hurricane and when it was all over and everyone was safe they went out to assess the damage and they couldn't believe what they saw. My little sister's roof caved in, the entire car port was ripped off, and the entire front porch has been destroyed. That's just the outside damage, the damage on the inside is a nightmare on its own with all the water damage to the flooring and to the foundation that the house sits on. The estimated cost to fix everything is going to be about $30,000 and I know it's a lot but every dollar counts. Every cent will go to restoring the house to the way it was. My family has gone through it over the past week and I would very much appreciate any help you can give. My sister and brother have both had to take all of their belongings and stay with my grandparents while my parents try to clean up the horrific mess this storm left. They have been without power for days and will continue to not have power for a while. Insurance will help but only a limited amount with a $5,000 deductible which will not cover all that was lost. My dad is a stubborn old man who thinks he can do it on his own but I'm hoping i can raise enough money for them so they won't have to worry about where my brother and sister are going to sleep and they can get a roof over their head.
